Our Policies

At Quietude Massage Therapy we value the time we set aside for your appointment. For this reason it is important that you show up on time for your appointment or call if you will be late. Notice of a minimum 24 hours is required for all cancellations. No-shows and cancellations made within the 24 hour period will result in a charge of $85 (or current amount of your scheduled massage), which will be billed to you. This fee must be paid prior to your next date of service. Specifics regarding procedures are included on our Policies form.

If applicable, Insurance co-pays are due at the time of service and coinsurance due is billed after your date of service has processed through insurance. We may collect deductible due or coinsurance if necessary, at the time of your appointment.  Please contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment to verify coverage. After you have verified coverage, please provide us with your ID #, Date of Birth and the phone number on your card, so we may set up your file in advance of your appointment.  We provide insurance billing as a courtesy to you, but you are responsible for charges not covered by your insurance, including deductibles.  Nothing quoted by your Medical Insurance is guaranteed to be covered when services are rendered, as stated in their policies. Please Note: There are very limited spots in our schedule for insurance clients and you must send an email to inquire about openings prior to scheduling.
